Raised deck with stunning veiws

A raised deck built to extend the experience of the house.

The client had built an extension that, due to the fall of the garden, left them with an unusable step down from their bifold door. We developed a design that mirrors the architecture of the house - a dramatic five metre square raised deck that projects in the centre of their garden.

We used a block-work and timber structure with composite cladding and decking. To utilise the space underneath, we created two large hidden doors to hide a garden garage space.

Retaining walls were built and porcelain tiles were laid to create large usable spaces on both sides.

We collaborated with Manchester Balustrades for the glass to maintain a top quality result.
